Architectural Development within a Historic Context

Located in the heart of Tequisquiapan, El Relox transforms a landmark hospitality property into a contemporary mixed-use destination. The development integrates residential buildings, a boutique hotel, commercial spaces, wellness facilities, gardens, and event areas while maintaining a strong relationship with the architectural identity of the town. Based on the established design criteria, MDL developed the architectural and civil project information, translating the proposal into coordinated layouts, technical solutions, and construction-oriented documentation.

BIM and Multidisciplinary Coordination

MDL directed the BIM coordination process between architecture, structure, and building systems, consolidating the information required for the residential buildings and their interfaces with the commercial plaza, underground parking, and common areas. The digital models supported constructability reviews, interference detection, and the alignment of drawings and technical deliverables, improving decision-making and reducing execution risks throughout the development process.
