MDL participated in the technical modernization of the INE facilities in Monterrey, reviewing the existing architectural conditions and updating the project information required for the intervention. The work focused on integrating the proposed modifications into the existing building while maintaining operational continuity, spatial functionality, and consistency with the institutional character of the facility.
The scope included reviewing and updating the HVAC proposal, incorporating the revised equipment and air-distribution grilles into the architectural documentation. MDL coordinated the mechanical information with the existing spaces and other building systems to identify potential conflicts, improve installation feasibility, and deliver clear and consistent technical information for construction.
