MDL participated in the modernization of several IMSS healthcare facilities located throughout the state of Veracruz. The scope included reviewing the existing conditions, updating the architectural layouts, and developing the executive architectural documentation required for their renovation. The proposals reorganized clinical, administrative, service, and circulation areas to improve functionality, operational efficiency, and the overall experience of patients and medical personnel.
Based on the updated architectural proposals, the engineering systems for each clinic were reviewed, redesigned, and coordinated. The work included the integration of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, mechanical, and specialized installations, ensuring consistency between the architectural project and the technical requirements of each facility. This multidisciplinary coordination helped identify conflicts, improve constructability, and generate clearer and more reliable documentation for project execution.
