Engineering with Architectural Value

The project involved the development and modernization of several plants whose infrastructure was more than twenty years old. Engineering was integrated with architectural value and cost control, aligning the client's operational needs with both local and international regulatory requirements. Rather than disrupting the visual identity of each site, the design sought to preserve it and to strengthen the relationship between the facility, its context, and the people who use it. In industrial environments, function almost always prevails over form — here, the aim was to reach a genuine balance between the two, delivering plants that are as efficient as they are coherent.

Multidisciplinary BIM Coordination

Coordination was carried out across all of the specialties involved — Process, Utilities, and Automation — using BIM methodology to bring every discipline into a single virtual environment. By identifying future physical clashes and their cost implications early, the team resolved conflicts before they could ever reach the field. This anticipatory approach significantly reduced overall project development time, while giving the client far greater certainty over budget, schedule, and constructability.
